I. Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:
(1) Within 4 hours of placing the order.
(2) The product/service has serious quality issues (evidence required).
(3) Other non-customer-related issues (e.g., lost shipment).
- Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
(1) If production has started but not completed: 25%–50% of the order amount will be refunded (50%–75% deducted for labor and material costs).
- No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
(1) Subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selection, altered requirements).
(2) Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., name, phone number, address).
(3) Completed custom products/services (non-reversible).
II. Refund Process
- You may submit a refund request within 30 days of payment (unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed after this period).
- We will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund (after applicable deductions) will be issued to the original payment method.
III. Dispute Resolution
- If you file a dispute via PayPal/credit card, this Refund Policy will serve as the basis for resolution.
- Third-party dispute fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
