I. Refund Eligibility

  1. Full refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

(1) Within 4 hours of placing the order.

(2) The product/service has serious quality issues (evidence required).

(3) Other non-customer-related issues (e.g., lost shipment).

(1) If production has started but not completed: 25%–50% of the order amount will be refunded (50%–75% deducted for labor and material costs).

(1) Subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selection, altered requirements).

(2) Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., name, phone number, address).

(3) Completed custom products/services (non-reversible).

II. Refund Process

  1. You may submit a refund request within 30 days of payment (unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed after this period).
  2. We will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund (after applicable deductions) will be issued to the original payment method.

III. Dispute Resolution

  1. If you file a dispute via PayPal/credit card, this Refund Policy will serve as the basis for resolution.
  2. Third-party dispute fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
